To answer your question https://proconnect.intuit.com/proseries/add-ons/quick-employer-forms/ but my preferred choice is https://www.taxtools.com/products_w2.aspx which also offers cheaper paper forms to go with the process.
I would do some shopping. There are some websites that charge a pretty minimal charge per 1099 that would be much cheaper, especially if you only have a few to do.
In Pro Series Professional 2019 you can go to Tools, Print and Efile W-2's & 1099's. You can click on Learn More to find out what the Quick Employer Forms include and sign up for a subscription if you choose to do so. The fee is around $165 and it includes a list of forms you can prepare. I subscribe to this because I do around 180 1099's so it is cost effective for me at only $165. The software can efile them for you but you will need to also print them out on plain paper and mail them to the vendors. You will need to purchase the special envelopes and add postage and you're good to go. IF however, you only need to do a FEW forms then you would be better off using the other products mentioned by the others who responded to your message since those would be less expensive.
I also prepare quite a number of W-2's but I use my Quick Books Desktop software to do those because you can efile them to Social Security Admin without a fee. Of course, if you don't use Quick Books then that is not an option. But I am told you can also file W-2's on the SSA website.
