Can I batch customize Client Checklist? My software does not show a apply to all clients like the help article has on it.

I am wanting to batch update the client checklist.  I am not seeing the option to save to all clients as the help article suggests.  I am in the 2019 ProSeries.

I see that the most recent year on the articles list 2016 as the most recent year.  Could be that they "enhanced" the current year and got rid of that button, or the button is coming in a future update. 

I want to stay healthy so I am social distancing from Intuit.
