I do not understand creating software, but I would guess this is the easiest thing which Intuit could fix with PTO. The chat needs to have volume ability, or at least some sort of notification. I commonly lose my chats, especially when it takes a while for them to answer my questions, as there's no volume or notification upon receiving a responding chat. Then they leave within 3 minutes of me not responding. Again I'm no software engineer, but I think this is an easy fix.
