If you are speaking of 2018, that is possible as the program is not yet ready for prime time.

Specific, The rates listed are the old 10, 15, 25 etc.

@wtzzzzzzz  I know a lot of this is based on very, very rough drafts as our content team is  closing working with government agencies on getting guidance for calculations.  I am confident as we get subsequent releases this info will be updated based on Pubs and Instructions.
