This sounds like something to talk with support about. This is a user community and you would need to bump into another NC preparer that new what a CD-405 was.
When you post, please state the module (individual, corp, etc) and the year and the state involved. Some volunteers are willing to dig into software they know to help figure out a state they don't normally work with, but they need all the information they can get.
