Where do I enter tax withheld from IRA and pension income? Pension income doesn't have a place and the payment tab only has estimated tax payments and the summary.

There is an input screen for 1099-R under Income / Pensions, IRAs (1099-R).  Click on the "Details" button under the "ACTIONS" column from Quick Input and you'll find all the line items.  FIT is on "(4) Federal income tax withheld" and you'd find the entries for SIT/LIT under the "State and Local" section.
