Hi,
I am currently using 2019 Premier Desktop and pay annually for Enhanced Payroll add on. I am trying to upgrade to 2022 Pro+ or Premier+ with Enhanced Payroll. One month ago I purchased the annual EP for $700. It seems like I could have paid $470 for both upgrade w/ EP. Who would I speak to at QB that would understand my question. I don't want to upgrade to Pro/Premier for $349 and still pay addl $700 for EP. Quite frustrated as I have been on hold and being switched from supervisor to supervisor for the past 1.5 hrs. Thanks to anyone who can give me some info.
