What's the advantage for pay by refund for both me and my client

You should read up on what pay-by-refund is to judge for yourself whether it is advantageous to you.

As Lisa says, you take on a risk by offering pay-by-refund.  The only advantage I can see is that you may be able to attract customers who cannot otherwise afford to pay, if that's the profile of your target clients.

Its more of an advantage for the client, you're the one that takes the risk of not getting paid if they dont get their refund.
