Are you getting a number on line 40? It appears not have been set up for a number, unless there has been recent legislation and a change since they published https://www.oregon.gov/dor/forms/FormsPubs/form-or-40_101-040_2020.pdf

In Proconnect there is an amount on line 34 of the Oregon return which is a Reserved Line.

I didnt enter the number yet it is increasing the Oregon refund.
