Should I report under Form 4684 the expenses incurred from taking a branch completely down to avoid falling to the house, after a big storm? Where will it be reported?

It doesn't show exactly on the workpaper of PCTO and it might had been hidden or something.

That does not sound like a casualty loss. Or are you saying there was a casualty, and this was an additional expense?

And, can they even take a casualty loss deduction? Read up on the rules for 2020.

There was a big storm. One of the branches was removed to avoid falling to the house, neighbor's house, and the street.

That's not a 4684 casualty loss.
