How do C corporation taxed in each state ?
Last year they company was SMLLC and changed it to taxed as C corp this year.
They do touring and earn money in different states? Do i report separately in each state on C corp return on 1120?

You will file a corporate income tax return in each state. The taxable income will be apportioned among the states using sales factors, and possibly payroll and property factors.
