Now that the first 10,200 of unemployment is not taxable, does this money need to be included on AGI of the Form 8962? If so, how to override AGI on Form 8962?

You don't override, you wait for the IRS to update things.

Then you wait for IRS to decide they made a mistake and update things again.

The IRS never makes mistakes ----------------------- they just change their mind.
