Can't transmit to Intuit 2of2 returns/extensions/payments successfully/converted

0 of 2 returns/extensions/payments successfully transmitted did update no new ones were found

You can't efile 2017 returns any more (star date May 28, 2021). You can do current year 2020 and prior two years.
