Is anyone getting a blank screen when they open up a client to work on the tax return? I'm not sure if the system is down and hold time to speak to a rep is over an hour.

I'm getting a blank white screen and the system freezes up when I'm trying to Add a New Client.  I have to exit, then re-enter to get back in the software.  Plus I can't get through to Customer Service and there is no guidance, notification, or error message explaining what's going on.  Not happy right now.  I have no time for this.
