Im filling the 1125-E officer compensation, question, I paid the officer thru Payroll and if I put the officer compensation on the 1125-E will be double as is in wages

Do i need to subtracted from Wages on the part of the deduction of the tax return

In general, when reporting wages you'll want to enter the Salaries & wages, other than officers within Deductions > Salaries and Wages.

Then make seperate input within the Deductions > Officer Compensation screen (or Deductions > Salaries and Wages > Officer salaries [override]).
