Yes, ProConnect has this capability, but I recall that the software compare this status with other status, and choose whatever is "better", you cannot force the status 4. In special situations, you do want status 4.
I asked the support to open an enhancement and I myself sent in a feedback, but I do not where the request goes. This is why we should be able to open a case and keep track of it, please vote FOR my idea in the link shown in my signature.
