Can you show the picture because I tried putting the info into the 2106 which is the stupidest thing I have heard and it does not flow to the Sch C!

Thank you for your reply. I tried entering the information through the 2106 but it would not link to my Schedule C Part IV. How do I get them to link?

Form 2106 is only used in a limited number of instances beginning in 2018. IRS Releases 2018 Versions of Form 2106 and Publication 463. ...  For 2018, this form can be used only by Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, fee-basis state or local government officials, and employees with disabilities who have impairment-related work expenses

If PTO is like Lacerte (and it often is), you enter auto expenses on the 2106 screen and link it to the relevant form.

PTO is just like Lacerte, but way more awkward.

This is not really a 2106, it is just a "vehicle" to tie vehicle expenses via mileage to the schedule C (or F).
