Had to change my password and user name for proconnect online..how to I find and import my 2017 returns?

Contact support. They MAY be able to get you back into the old account or transfer the files from it. 

Try logging back in with the old user name and create a new password (forgot my password). You can then at least print the returns to pdf as a back up if all else fails.
