I cannot get Schedule G Part II of Form 990 to use the fundraising events I type in the input screen. For example, I type "Spirit Wear" as Event #1 and it shows up as (c) Other events without the name on the form.
I have three sections:
Spirit Wear - gross receipts 11,132
Mum Shoppe - gross receipts 13,149
All other fundraisers - gross receipts 53,840
It appears it is putting them in order of highest dollar amount first because it is putting Spirit Wear in column C and all other fundraisers in column A. However, when I read the 990 instructions, it sounds like I should list the events with gross receipts over 5,000 in columns A and B and then in column C list the rest of the fundraisers.
Did you ever figure out overriding the order of this? I'm dealing with a similar issue. Is there somewhere else we're supposed to aggregate the "all other" amounts so they force to column c?
