I can find the section under Informational but I need to enter information into Part II on Schedule G but am unable to find it. I can find Part I and Part III but not Part II.

Use the forms in Check Return to find your entries. (a) be sure  you do have a YES at line 18, Part IV of the 990. Then go to Sch G, Part II and click on that line. You should end up in the entry area.

I can't find the question for Line 18, that's the problem.

I believe it is related to the entries for Fundraising. Description, then If Gaming it checks box 19, if NOT, then box 18 if the Gross Receipts are large enough

Yes, its for fundraising and Question 18 is marked yes, but it is still not generating the form. I also entered the information under the Professional Fundraisers section and it's still not working.

I noticed they just posted a couple of help articles today. Maybe they will help https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/generating-form-990-pf-part-xv/00/74612

If not, I think you need to work with support to resolve these issues. Working the the PTO program is very vexing at times.

Thanks. I'll look at the links when I get a chance. I've never actually done a 990 before, so this a challenge in itself (going off the previous year's return trying to figure out where all the numbers came from). I've done several individual (1040) returns this year using PTO and have been able to find where things go that I wasn't sure of where they went.

About two decades ago, I went to a 1 day 990 class. I left assured that my decision to never do anymore was a good choice. We start doing returns thinking we know everything. After awhile we realize we don't know squat. Work hard to do what you know and find some  others in your area that can do what really takes specialization, like 990 and foreign stuff.  If you want to continue with 990s, get some CPE credits, preferably in a live workshop.

Lacerte has some sample returns, it would be nice if PTO could also offer those. HINT to @IntuitAustin
