Electronic Payment of Balance Due - required to enter RTN and Account number?

I have noticed that there are few critical diagnostics warnings that asks for RTN number, account number and account type for the electronic payment of balance due for this year's return. 

However, my client's already paid the estimated tax and do not have any balance due to pay off.

Do I still have to provide them the RTN, account number and account type to clear these diagnostics warnings? Or is there any other workaround?

remove any checkmarks that indicate a direct debit or a direct payment are to be made.
