we can not e-file today....

why????

No reason why.  Haven't seen any report about this today.  If this persists, you should contact Support when they open tomorrow.

If some of the forms/schedules your client needs to file are not finalized, you won't be able to e-file.  If that is the case, I suppose you wouldn't have requested authorization from your client to e-file.

If these forms/schedules have been released but pending instructions to be published, you may be able to override the diagnostic to e-file provided you are comfortable the return is complete and accurate.
