Is it ProConnect Tax Online you're looking to download? PTO is a cloud-based tax product and does not have any component that needs to be downloaded. Also, the earliest year you can currently prepare or amend a return for is 2013.

Thank you for your answer. However, I need to file for 2003-2012 and since Pro Connect only works for 2013 forward I cannot use that service.
