Has anyone had problems when attaching a pw protected file to an email and sending through DMS?
For years, I print to the organizers DMS. Then I email to clients. During the encryption process( when i add a password), the reports get garbled and are illegible or just garbled so I can't use that functionality. Has anyone had issues with that?

This also has happened for years with our DMS program when password protecting and emailing to client. Happens with all eight of our accountant's PC's. What are we missing here!?
I've taken this issue all the way to the Office of the President. But they still haven't fixed it. Guess it's not much of a priority for them. We pay for the product, and can't use an important functionality.
