I have a client that became disabled early last year.  His Social security is non taxable but is showing taxable.  I can't seem to find where I can mark he is permanently and totally disabled in proconnect.

Social Security is partially taxable, even for disabled beneficiaries, if the rest of their income exceeds certain limits.

If all they have is SS then its not taxable, but if they have other income in additon to the SS, it's quite possibly taxable!
