It is available now. The 540 and CA will not print properly now, but you can e-file. Look at https://proconnect.intuit.com/supported-tax-forms/?forms=pto for updates on release dates of all forms. This is what you will find for 540 & CA
The form is final and watermarked E-File Only. This form is available to be E-Filed
