SOLVEDby Intuit168Updated November 17, 2023

Before you start:

  • The information in this article doesn't apply to the ProSeries Basic. ProSeries Basic doesn't support the ability to print client labels.
  • It isn't recommended to print labels to inkjet printers.

Follow these steps to print client labels:

  1. Open ProSeries
  2. Select the client(s) on the HomeBase view that require printed mailing labels
    • Hold the Ctrl key or the Shift key to select multiple client files.
  3. From the File menu, select Print.
  4. Under the From HomeBase section, select Print Client Labels.
  5. Select the layout that best fits the labels you have:
    • 2 across
    • 3 across
  6. Select Print.
  7. Labels begin printing in location 1–1, you can't specify a label location. We suggest that you print a full page of labels, when possible.
  8. Select Close on the Printing Message Log.

ProSeries supports the labels listed in the Label Size table. These are the only label customization options supported:

  4. Under Labels Printer, select Change.
  5. From the Name drop-down, select the printer.
  6. Select OK to confirm the printer and OK to close the print center.
