Withholding from a 1099-R

I am receiving a diagnostic error message regarding withholding is more than income shown on a 1099R which isn't correct. What is the problem?

Youve posted this under Practice Advice, rather than support for the Product involved...which software are you using?

If its ProSeries, I'd delete the 1099R worksheet and start a new one fresh and see if the error repeats itself.
