I have processed a data export from QBO so that I can switch a company from online to desktop version. I received an email from Intuit stating to login to the company file and in the tasks/to do section I would see the file to download. Its not there, where would I locate this data file to download?
Sounds more like a Quickbooks question than a tax question. Intuit has its very own Quickbooks community so you might want to visit there for guidance.
