Lacerte's terrible customer service

I have been on hold twice today,   The first time took 46 minutes to get someone and they disconnected me.   Called back and received a callback, the first rep tried to help resolve my issue and then transferred me to a second person who said they were making a not and sending the call to someone who would assist me.   I have now been on hold 2 hrs and 23 minutes.   I bought esignatures and didn't utilize them all and Lacerte simply deleted the remaining signatures.   No credits, no notification, and no assistance when I called.    Don't know about you, but can anyone afford to be on hold with these people for over 3 hrs almost 4 with no results???????
