(Resolved) Unable to sign in to Lacerte when using Intuit Hosting

We're currently working with Right Networks to resolve the sign in issue that is occurring after the most recent R9 update. While we don't have an ETA at this time, we do have a workaround that will get you into your product:
 
  1. On the sign in screen: Right-click in the gray bar that says Intuit Accountants
  2. Select Compatibility Mode

  3. Open Lacerte and attempt to sign in.

We have worked with Right Networks to resolve the sign in issue that was occurring. You should now be able to sign into Lacerte.
