Informational Diagnositic If CA health insurance coverage box not checked

It would be very beneficial if an informational diagnostic was generated every time the box is not checked that the taxapayer's has health insurance for CA tax returns.

Agreed: This critical diagnostic  ( including a direct  link to screen 39.3, subscreen section a, when applicable) would definitely be helpful.
