Each time Lacerte is opened and the first time in each session one goes to the Lacerte E-Signature tab, the user is taken to the "How it works" page.
If the user has any open requests or has a balance in their eSignature "piggy bank", then they should be taken directly to the Dashboard.
I think it's fair to say they know how it works.
