Allow negative values to net expenses

Consistent application of the negative values available for use in each section of a tax return.  This year observed difficulty in a 1040, Schedule C: expenses (some not all) as well in itemized deductions, the mortgage interest section, wanted to show the mortgage interest was entered and then removed for note detail.  NOTE here, the taxpayer benefited from the standard deduction.
