It has become an even more common as of late though been ongoing. We have contacted support in the past without assistance. Have had to file a lot by paper and have a stack waiting for an answer since last Tuesday (7-7) when spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with support and have not got back to us yet. Not sure why it is so difficult to get a fix. A response would be nice, a fix better.
About a week and a half ago after a long hold someone was able to give us a way to override the diagnostic. In your client listing - highlight the client with the diagnostic. Go to the E-file tab and from there select e-file support tools. Then choose disable e-file error and click okay. When you then run the e-file wizard the state diagnostic will show Successful Error Bypass.
