Why is level 1 support a waste of 30m-1h of time everytime? They place you on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time while they try to research whatever your calling about. Lame

Go back to the way it used to be. Also the support site is pretty much useless now. Revert that so we can actually research issues again before wasting an hour on hold.

Since this forum is now basically Intuit support, and considering that * we * can often resolve the problem....post what the issue is & perhaps we can help.  Sure can't hurt.

Why don't you post your issue in here for us? Intuit employees roam the forums frequently & the awesome AllStar team like @abctax55 is usually on it!
