Where do you enter transfer of partnership interest between partners due to death?

I know it should end up on Sch L of the K-1s "other increase/(decrease)" line but where do I enter that information?

More info would help. Partner A sold all interest to Partner B on MM/DD/YYYY? or was this an inheritance?
