It seems like it actually did not print at all. I then look at my task bar and there is a line but no program icon when I hover the cursor over that spot and right click I see that it is DMS. Clicking on that spot then brings up DMS. Then I have to set up the new client into DMS manually before the program will print the return into DMS. I do not think it did this in years past. I also think that in the beginning of the 2019 tax year I had this same problem and had to call dreaded support wait on hold for hours and then got it resolved. Anyone have a solution. I have now been on hold for 2 hours. No option to leave a call back number nothing. This tax season has not started yet and support has vanished.
Did you download the new DMS? 20.1.0. You must download from My Account. Update does not do it.
What year are you printing from? There is a new 2019 update today.
