When a 401(k) plan is a C-corp shareholder, what "Type of entity" do you use?

This is funded by a ROBS plan so the 401(k) plan owns most of the shares.  None of the "Type of Entity" choices seem to fit on Form 1120 Schedule G.  I'm leaning toward "Trust" - ?

A 401(k) plan is a type of Trust, so that sounds good to me.
