Program error:  Text style appears in middle case letters despite setting option to "Upper Case". 

Hold times too long:  Tried to report problem, but was told wait time is an hour.  Was told that there would be an option to leave a message for a callback.  That has never worked in the past.  The option is not offered as promised after being placed on hold for very extended periods of time.  Most of my calls have been to report problems on their end and I can't afford to spend hours of my time trying to report issues.  I have asked to leave a message for the programmers, but have been told that is not possible.

The client information will NOT be in ALL CAPS in the client letter. Otherwise, the option should work.

I'm familiar with UPPER and lower case letters. What's middle case? 🤔
