Does anyone have a solution for sending out electronic organizers or pdf organizers all at once?
Lacerte upper management doesn't take our requests seriously. Ideally we would be able to mass send pdf's of the organizer for all clients. Their system doesn't allow it. The second option they gave me was to use intuit link. That option only allows me to send 20 at a time which is not reasonable for 2000 clients. Lacerte's 3rd option is to use the e-organizer. I can mass send the e-organizer but most email programs won't allow them to receive an .exe file. On top of that mac users can't use the .exe file if they received the program at all. Lacerte had no option for me again. It's only been at least 15 years that I've asked for a solution. $25,000 a year in software fees. What can go wrong
