Client is a full year resident of South Carolina with taxable income from California. But the OSTC for SC does not calculate automatically as indicated on that screen. It does look like, after reading the instructions, that the TP does qualify. Is this a glitch in the software? Do I need to make another entry someplace or calculate manually?
