REP paid not showing

My computer crashed after starting Lacerte 2019 and purchasing REP for each client.  When I recovered, reinstalled Lacerte and brought the clients over from 2018 again, each shows "Needs REP".  How do I fix this without paying twice for the same clients?

Even though you need to do the REP again, if nothing changed there should be no charge. It might be good to contact Lacerte when they open tomorrow to confirm. 

Remember: BACKUP! BACKUP! BACKUP!
