How  do  I  remove  a  user  in  lacerte

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. From the left side of the screen choose Account then Manage Users.
  3. Select the drop-down arrow to the left of their name.
  4. Select the Delete User button.
  5. Select Yes, Delete to confirm.
  6. From the Manage Users page, make sure the deleted employee is no longer showing in the table.

If you are viewing Manage Users as an Admin and this action is not available, you may need to clear your browser cache.
