WE SHOULD GET REFUNDS. THE PROGRAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE THIS YEAR.  I CAN'T EVEN GET INTO THE PROGRAM NOW AND I'M ON HOLD FOR 38 MINUTES ALREADY AND HAVE CLIENTS TO SEE.

In general, DO NOT USE the regular update. Instead press the windows key and type "2019 Lacerte Web Setup". That will do a much cleaner update.

Thank you. When I finally got help this is what they told me also. But that of course just goes to prove my point. The program, the customer service, the support system is terrible. They are not entering corporate extension payments as a memo in the estimated tax screen for some reason.
