For tax year 2020, no health insurance will receive the penalty.
Where do I enter Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C in lacerte ?

Really? I don't think that statement is correct. The FEDERAL penalty for no medical insurance went away (thanks Texas...)
Some states impose a penalty for no medical insurance (CA does).
And the info is entered on the same screen as last year's was (38?) Screen 39
