k-1 to 1040: line 16B & 16C Items affecting shareholders basis

I'm preparing a 1040.  I received two k-1 .  One k-1 has two entries on line 16 as b & c.  There are two entries on line 17 as (AC) & (v) stmt.

What specie of K-1? Did you look at the instructions that may have come with those K-1? What is your Question?
