Is there a way to print an asset list in date order AND select the dates or year to print?

No. In screen 27, you can sort by any column by selecting it. You could customize the Category[O] by putting the year in as the category, then your depreciation would list each year separately. I do not see any way of doing a custom database report to do what you are looking for (my guess county taxes).

Thanks.  I exported the full depreciation to excel then had to reformat the spreadsheet.  I am trying to tie out recently received data to previously input items.  Thought getting the report from the tax software would be the easiest way to make sure what still had to be input.
