If you are looking for paperless, that is through Link and I think you will be sorely disappointed. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/tax-organizer/help/testing-intuit-link/00/3678

If you are looking for a paper engagement, you can incorporate that via the Organizer. 2021 will not be available until probably November and it is done via the 2020 software. You can try a 2020 organizer with a sample return in the 2019 software. Setting it up in 2019, will allow a rollover into the 2020 when it becomes available. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/print-a-file/help/printing-organizers-in-lacerte/00/3538.

There is also a fairly new add on product that might have what you want. https://proconnect.intuit.com/practice-management/

Thank you for your response. I have grouped the trial balance in CCH Engagement in the Lacerte tax groupings which map the Lacerte line numbers on the return and was hoping to import the file and avoid duplication of work.

Now that I more clearly understand what you are looking for there may be help. Join up with https://groups.io/g/ltug as they have the brightest minds. I think DCDATA is the file you want to import to, but it is outside my realm of experience. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/partnership/help/lacerte-data-file-structure-and-extensions/...

Best of Luck
