It's the new self help feature added by Intuit. They figure if you are on hold long enough, you will figure out the problem on your own so they don't have to answer the phone and pay support people. But as long as you are here, you could always post your question to see if someone stopping by can help you.
Unacceptable for the $ we are paying!
Off course it's unacceptable. So you have two choices:
1. Continue to complain and continue to wait on hold for forever and a couple of days
2. Try posting your problem here and maybe get a solution.
